Design
We have 3 design teams, including 12 ppl sunglasses team, 10 ppl optical team, and one Italian team.
We have established a very complete process and system. And they can combine the aesthetic feeling with popular elements when making the designs. So we can successfully provide customized ODM/OEM order service for different customers based on our original designs.
Engineering
We have two engineering teams, optical engineering team and sunglasses engineering team, with a total number of 25+.
They design, develop, build and test products and partner with quality control teams in the pursuit of program goals, and complete tasks according to schedule, budget and design objectives.
Production
We have 6 wholly-own eyewear factories :

3. Wenzhou Sunrise Industrial Co., Ltd
4. Xiamen POS Optical
5. Taizhou Shenlan Optical

We are equipped with 2 in-house mold & 3D design centers, 1 sample production center, 1 metal component center, 1 well-equipped in-house laboratory, 7 injection production centers, 3 metal production centers, and 3 acetate production centers.
Quality Control
We have 3 QC teams, 25 ppl optical QC team, 22 ppl sunglasses QC team led by Bella, and 52 ppl Wenzhou Weilan production QC team led by Yi SY.
Bella’s main job is to collaborate with the 3rd Party team of customers, follow up on the production process, and double-check the quality of finished items
Yi SY will check the quality of raw materials, half-finished products, and finished materials during production.
